PURCHASE GUIDE
1. Choose your product(s) and place them in your cart
2. When you are ready to check out, click the cart icon on the bottom right of your screen.
3. If you have a promo code, you can use it now.
4. Click the checkout button and you will be brought to the check out page.
5. You can choose if you would like it delivered or for click and collection.
6. Please note, not all our products are available for delivery.
Delivery
1. Enter in your billing details in the boxes provided.
2. If your delivery address is different from your billing address click the “ship to a different address”.
3. Enter the delivery name and address into the boxes provided.
4. Add order notes or a greeting card message if you would like in the boxes provided.
5. Please note, we ask for 3 – 5 working days for your delivery to arrive at its destination.
- We offer deliveries throughout Ireland, with the exception of certain hampers (Italian, Best of Lotts & Co., and Irish Hamper) and Catering Food.
- The fixed delivery fee for Ireland is €10.00.
- There is no minimum spend required for delivery.
- If you require delivery at a specific time or day, please write the desired date and time in the Note field on the checkout page or send an email with the request and order number to [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it, so please await our confirmation.

Click and Collect
You have the option to pick up directly at the stores, at no cost to you.
1. In the box on the right hand side of the checkout page, please choose the shop in which you would like to collect the product(s).
2. Please choose a time and date in which you would like to collect the product(s).
3. Enter your billing details into the boxes provided.
4. Add order notes or a greeting card message if you would like in the boxes provided.
Payment
1. You can purchase with Google Pay or Apple Pay.
2. If not, you can enter your credit or debit card details into the box provided.
3. Make sure you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions before placing your order.
4. After your order is confirmed you will be sent a confirmation email.

Christmas and New Year
Many of our orders are shipped via AnPost, particularly for outside of Dublin. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day up until the 20th December. AnPost expects to be able to deliver any package within ROI, posted the latest 21st Dec. We unfortunately do not have control over this, and cannot take responsibility for delivery times and dates once received by An Post from us.
Due to the high demand typical of the year-end season, we recommend ordering as early as possible. As always, we will working to ensure that all orders are delivered in accordance with our quality standards. We have alternative courier options that will complete overnight deliveries also up until the 21st. Please get in touch with us to find out more.

Our products are priced in € and include VAT. We do not control exchange rates for purchases from non-€ bank accounts. We will always do our best to complete hamper and gift purchases as advertised.* However, where stock is unavailable, we will substitute with an item of equal value and quality. We reserve the right without liability not to accept orders.
For grocery orders, if product substitutions are necessary, we will endeavour to contact you at your stated email address below completing the order. Customers ordering alcohol must be 18 years old or over. By placing an order for alcohol on our website, you are confirmed you are aged 18 or over.

CATERING
We do not offer Catering delivery services; all orders involving catering items are available for Click & Collect only.
At the checkout page, you have the option to choose the date, time, and pickup location. Please note that the cut-off for some items may vary from 2 to 3 days depending on the item.
Sundays and Mondays are blocked for collection. If you need a special request, please email [email protected] – Please note that we do not guarantee your request will be accommodated, but we will do our best.
GIFT CARDS
Orders completed Mon-Fri by 2pm will be in the post that night. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. There is no time limit on use of gift cards. We cannot accept responsibility for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used by someone other than the expected recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the postal or courier services.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Orders of the Monthly Subscription Boxes are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns.
After the end of contract for the 3 and 6 month boxes we will cease sending boxes. We will contact you 2 weeks before the end of the contract to make you aware the contract is coming to an end and give you an opportunity to renew your contract.
We will continue the contract of the monthly subscription payment until the customer contacts us to cancel the contract. You reserve the right to cancel your monthly subscription payment at any time- this does not apply to the payment in full for the 3 or 6 month boxes.
The contents of each box will vary, we make no guarantees that you will receive a particular product in a box. Boxes may vary due to product availability. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients of each product to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects. RETURN POLICY - COOLING OFF PERIOD & CANCELLATIONS
Return Period
If you live in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from the purchase of any item within a “cooling-off” period of seven working days except for perishable goods and other food and beverage items likely to expire rapidly.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in brand new, unused condition, without any signs of wear or tear.
Original Packaging
Items should be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, tags, labels, and any accompanying documentation or accessories.
No Damage or Alterations
Items should not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way. This includes removing tags, altering the product’s appearance, or attempting to repair damaged items.
Return Process
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] & we will do our best to help. There may be exceptions where cancellation is not possible, for example with perishable or short shelf life products.
