The elegant and complex profile of Oscar’s White Wine 2020 makes it ideal with fine meat, game dishes and intense cheeses. It should therefore be opened with care and decanted for the best enjoyment. It is a surprising wine and is enhanced if opened some time before serving.

Tasting notes 

Colour: light and bright citrus

Full nose of tropical fruits backed with some citrus, reminiscent of pear, passion fruit, and lemon zest blended with a touch of white pepper. On the palate this smoothly textured medium to full bodied white exacerbates limoncello, fine minerality and a clean citrus flavor that lingers on and excites the taste buds.

Grapes were hand picked, totally destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with soft hand macerations and with temperature controlled. 25% of the lot aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
