Za’atar lavosh flatbreads are sprinkled with Middle Eastern fairy dust also known as za’atar. Za’atar has thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, sea salt & spices which gives a tangy, salty, aromatic flavour.

These are great on their own or with hummus or feta. They’re made with wholemeal and unbleached flours, Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil and sea salt.

Ingredients:

unbleached wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour (34%), Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil, za’atar (sesame seeds, thyme, ground sumac berries, salt, cumin, coriander, fennel, wheat) (5%), sea salt.
