De Cecco – Bucatini
Bucatini are originally from Naples. This type of pasta is quite versatile and also excellent with sauces made with butter, meat or fish.

Altino is a small town in the province of Chieti, gathered on a rocky spur overlooking the Aventine Valley. The peppers characteristic of the area are small, sweet, horn-shaped, of an intense red, called in the local dialect "cocce capammonte", that is, upside down, because this pepper grows upwards.
